I founded Transparent Staffing in January 2021 because I saw a gap in the industry. I believe business should start with relationships; every relationship begins with curiosity and is built on trust and honesty. That has been at the core of Transparent Staffing since the company's inception. I believe in bringing transparency to the staffing industry, exemplified in my work with clients and candidates. Every conversation starts with honesty and trust, and I tell candidates as directly and professionally as much as I can about a job before I introduce them to a client.
